Please take care of your accomodation as early as possible. The city of Florence is a top tourist destination. This means that there is a huge number of hotels, but rooms get booked very quickly.

Accomodation

A limited number of historical rooms for some participants are available at Villa Finally (from June 5th to June 13rd). All have air-conditioning, phone, TV, safe and internet. The prices per night, including continental breakfast, are:

single room: 125 euros;
twin room: 145-155 euros;
double room: 155-170 euros.

If you wish to book a room, please send an e-mail to conference.ima5@u-psud.fr with your name, the dates of arrival and departure, the price, contingently twin beds or double bed. You will receive a reply telling you if a room is still available and has been reserved for you.

Hotels

Rooms can reserved at two hotels with easy access by bus to the Villa Finaly. The reservation must be made by the participants themselves. No reservation will be made by the organizing committee. Please mention Villa Finaly to receive the reduced meeting rate (if any left).
