This fee covers:

Conference participation
Booklet of abstracts
Coffee, juice and snacks during the breaks
Three lunch meals at Villa Finaly
Reception on June 7th together with Conference dinner on June 9th

Accompanying guests will be charged 65 euros for reception on June 7th and conference dinner on June 9th.

Registration form

In all cases, download the pdf Payment information sheet or the word Payment information sheet and return it to Guillaume Kasperski, fax (+33) 1.69.15.80.60 with the requested information.

Cancellation

An administration charge of 50 euros will be made for processing refunds. A request for cancellation must be made in writing. In the case of cancellation, requests received on or before May 28th 2010 will be refunded (minus the administration charge). No refund will be available if notice of cancellation is received after May 28th 2010.
